web helpdesk solution where registered clients can log new support cases and view
outstanding ones. We can also draft service level agreements (sample contract
below) which ensures that a quality of customer service is delivered that your
business requires.
Support packages can be "contracted" or in a more flexible "Pay As You Go" agreement, where hours of support are paid for in advance and called off when required. Our PAYG or Premier support packages allow you to pick a solution that fits your business needs and budget perfectly yet still allowing full access to our support team when needed.
All iManage Simplify Ltd support services are delivered via telephone, remote access or on-site visits. We utilise the latest remote control tools so whether you are at an airport or on holiday, we can access your PC/Laptop and support it.
Ad-hoc support and support levels out with the agreed contracts can be arranged on request.
